1, Junior Site Supervisor x 1 post (around 1-3 yr exp)

2, Senior / Site Supervisor x 1 Posts ( 3-8 yrs exp. )

3 , Senior / Project Coordinator x 1 Posts ( 3-8 yrs exp. )

4, Assistant / Project Manager x 1 Posts ( Interior Fitting out / A&A )

5, Senior Project Manager

*** 6) APM or Senior Site Supervisor, for Retail projects, but need to speak fluent English and 夾圖夾PROEJECTS

* 7, Senior Site Supervisor / Site Agent (F&B fitout Project) - around 28-33K - Must need to have F&B fitout experience.

• Diploma or above in interior design or related disciplines
• 0-15 years solid experience in 大樓, Retail, Office, Hotel, Show flat, F&B or Residential site supervision or interior design and construction project supervision is required
• Supervise interior fit-out projects from beginning to completion by meeting deadlines and standard qualities, costing and monitoring budget, quotation, tender process and Site supervision
• Managing , scheduling, budgeting with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
• Liaising with customers, contractors and landlords
• Experience in managing between design, drawings, materials and fitting out works processing
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
• Competent in Autocad, 3D Viz , Microsoft office ,CAD Shop drawing
