Site Supervisor

Our client is a well-established and energetic Data Centre E&M Contracting company. They provide professional solutions services to clients from both public and private sectors. To cope with the fast growing business, they are looking for high caliber candidate to join their team.  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on site project coordination and production of drawings and service reports
• In-charge on site management, including supervisor the project duties, document preparation 
• Monitor project progress, site activities and budget, hence performing control measures when needed
• Liaise closely with clients on all renovation and cabling installation requirements arising from existing contract and follow up fitting-out jobs
• Establish strong and long-term business relationship with clients
• Ensure for coordination works with designers, contractors, venders and client

Requirement: 

• IVE graduate or above in engineering disciplines (E&M / Building Services / Computing is preferred)
• At least 1-2 years working experience (Fresh graduate of the relevant disciplines also being considered)
• Proficiency in PC, including MS Word and Excel 
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and familiar with Data Centre Environment are definitely advantages
• Ability to resolve site issues independently
• Excellent communication and site management skills
• Well-organized, hardworking, independent
