Responsibilities:
  • Introduce the Smart Systems of the Buildings to Users/Guests/Visitors
  • Assist Users/Guests/Visitors on using the Smart Tables
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering enquiries and handling complaints, in a professional manner
  • Assist in the preparation work of Opening Program in October
  • Provide support to marketing activities
  • Provide administrative support to FMO
  • Assist with any ad hoc duty upon request


Profile:
  • Passionate in hospitality work, interested in innovations and technology
  • Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners
  • F. 5 / DSE / Diploma holder or above preferably in Hospitality / Travel / IT-related disciplines
  • 1- 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality industry
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin
