You will be working on our next generation billing system from requirement, design, all the way to implementation. We adopt Agile and SAFe practices for development as well as Kanban for ad-hoc assignments and existing systems enhancements,so as a developer you will take part of all the agile activities and will have a change to learn some of latest techniques.

You will be part of Billing system team members(community of practice) and together we will learn new technologies and choose the most suitable toolchain for our products. 

Your detailed duties will be:

  • Design and implementation of real time, scalable, billing systems
  • Preparation of technical documentation, system designs
  • Building better tooling for operation
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested
  • Full participation in all activities of an agile development team 


  • Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in server side applications and development
  • Strong knowledge on Java
  • Experience with some of the technologies: Guice or Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Oracle DB, Akka
  • Comfortable working with Git as part of a team
  • Experience with build tools (Gradle, Maven) and build systems (Jenkins, Hudson) is a plus
  • Comfortable working with a large codebases, and continuously improving it, including fixing bugs
  • Experience from multi-thread programming in Java using the Java concurrency libraries
  • Experience of reactive programming and large-scale data processing is a plus
  • Experience of Agile
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies
  • Can work independently, innovative, self-motivated and strong problem solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English or Chinese
