Software Support Engineer

Job Description

  • Provide technical support to both external and internal users
  • Diagnose issues and resolve problems with developers
  • Perform software Testing and develop testing plan
  • Create technical document and manuals

Skills & Requirements 

  • Degree, Associate Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Knowledge on programming
  • Experience in technical support or software QA will be an added advantage
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated and work as a team
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome. Candidate with less experience will be considered for the junior position.
