This role is responsible for building reliable, secure and highly-scalable IT systems for complex business problems by understanding and translating user needs into business and technical requirements and collaborating with crucial stakeholders to design, develop, test, integrate and implement these solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for automation using SAP iRPA/SBPA.
Able to work on SAP integration areas like PI/PO, API management, etc.
Design, develop, and implement iRPA solutions and SAP Integration in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Analyze and translate user needs into business and technical requirements, design, develop and ensure smooth implementation through collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
Conduct thorough testing of iRPA solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, design specifications, and user guides.
Provide training and support to end-users on iRPA solutions and best practices.
Collaborate with SAP functional experts to ensure seamless integration of iRPA solutions with existing business processes.
Continuously monitor iRPA solutions and resolve any issues or bugs that may arise.
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in SAP iRPA and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
Manage vendors and QA their deliverables in detail and ensure any defects and non-compliance in standards addressed promptly
Work independently to ensure successful, on-time delivery of project/enhancement by anticipating dependencies and impediments, prioritizing multiple stakeholders and tasks, making trade-offs between business needs and constraints and managing work time efficiently
Participate in change management efforts, including stakeholder process analysis, workshop facilitation, mass communications, training and presentations
Develop proactive monitoring and diagnosis tools to ensure solution SLAs are maintained
Support continuous improvement of standard corporate IT Practices
Keep abreast of latest trends in technology, industry and corresponding business domain
Collaborate with other IT domains to drive innovation
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of SAP experience, with at least 2 years in SAP iRPA/Automation technology, in designing, developing, and implementing SAP iRPA/Automation solutions.
Bachelor’s (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
Familiar with SAP integration technologies, such as PI/PO and APIs.
Proven experience with SAP iRPA Studio, Cloud Factory, and Agent Desktop.
Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
Good in programming languages such as JavaScript.
Good knowledge of SAP ABAP is a plus
Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written presentation skills
Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and cloud technologies is a plus.
Airline knowledge is beneficial
