1, Pre-sales support. The successful job holder will collaborate with internal teams to support sales events. He/she will facilitate account managers in communicating with potential customers, professionally introducing the products and technical solutions that CBC offers. Besides, the selected SA needs to understand customer needs and design a cost effective solution for customers. Moreover, he/she is expected to give sales representatives more leverages to win customer’s recognition of CBC’s products, by offering professional technical consulting.
2. Technical competency. The successful job holder will stay at the forefront of the latest industrial developments, ranging from new technologies, to new products and to new projects. The selected SA needs to understand market landscape and requirement and good in-depth knowledge of WAN technologies including Ethernet, MPLS and SDWAN. Moreover, the successful candidate will collect and sort out information regarding technical solutions and products offered by peer competitors on a regular basis, and compare them with those offered by CBC so as to offer insightful reference for internal teams.
3, Technical training. The successful job holder will provide trainings to sales representatives regularly, with emphasis placed on the introduction of products offered by competitors and CBC’s advantaged products and solutions. The goal is to help sales team to improve their ability of performing technical analysis, which is expected to further enhance their capabilities of market development.
1, Bachelor degree or above, with major in computer, information & communications, and telecommunications;
2, More than 3 years of working experience in the telecommunications and IT related industries, and is familiar with the network structure of telecommunications and computer network;
3, Pre-sales expertise in understanding customer needs and designing a cost effective solution for customers;
4, Technical competency of understanding the market landscape and requirement and good in-depth knowledge of WAN technologies including Ethernet, MPLS and SDWAN;
5, Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
6, Excellent communication skills and pre-sale presentation capabilities, a quick thinker, flexible;
7, Familiarity with pre-sales working process, able to identify customers’ needs, and have good writing skills for proposals and solutions;
8, Enthusiastic, with integrity and affinity.
