Your role

• Develop solution options based on business demand, and balanced comparison of functional capabilities, non-functional capabilities, risk, cost and benefits
• Knowledge and relevant experience in the latest and emerging technologies and practice, such as - Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Microservices, Test Automation, Mobile development
• Work closely with application and infrastructure teams on the solution designs for project delivery.  Ensure seamless integration with other application/infrastructure components
• Construct and promote digitization, application development and deployment standards and guidelines
• Work closely with other System Analysts, project teams, developers and key stakeholders to harmonise systems or infrastructure with the enterprise architecture
• Communicate a clear vision of how the technology can be optimally applied to products and services
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in technology, ensure timely exploration and proactively communicate towards introducing relevant/key emerging technologies
• Anticipate and act upon issues that arise, provide alternative approaches, optimal solutions and continually improve the performance of applications
• Work on prototypes and concepts for new technologies and ideas with little or no guidance

We are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related subject
• Minimum 6 years of experience with hands-on project solution architecture experience of large-scale applications
• Clear understanding of various cloud services, digital tools and reference architecture
• A motivated, self-driven individual, “solution-oriented" consultant with IT solutions design/development background.
• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity.
• Must be wellorganized, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude.
• Business domain knowledge and operations in Consumer Products & FMCG - Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance will be an advantage
• Experience in Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS or ERP systems will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with business users of different levels and understand business requirements (English and Chinese)
