Our client, a leading Japanese company.  They are currently seeking a right candidate to join their expanding team to support banking and finance client. 

Solution Consultant – Live Chat, Messaging, Big Data


  • As a consultant to gather user requirement and provide technical advice.  
  • Provide PoC, SDLC solution for enterprise platform of Live chat / Messaging / Chatbot / CRM Big data analysis & solutions.     
  • Review process, application, resources to provide improvement on IT procedures for project excellence.    
  • Lead team on project implementation, liase with client for UAT and maintain ongoing relationships with client. 



  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years regional IT project experience to handle Banking technologies, application, software development. 
  • Strong in Live Chat & Messaging solutions (Genesys, Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce...etc.)   
  • Sound knowledge and experience in banking / FSI sector.
  • Good sense of job ownership, accountability, integrity and interpersonal skill.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, Cantonese.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
