What you have to do
- Collect required information from customers and conduct data analysis
- Support Sales Team at the pre-sales phase which to provide internal standardized solutions and adapted to customer requirements
- Support during the solution proposal process that is to prepare functional description and data chapters for proposal and bidding documents
- Create layouts and material flow diagrams based on internal tools and specific requirements
- Work close with internal teams such as product team, R&D and project team, etc.
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
- 1+ year experience in the field of logistic, 3PL, warehouse automation system, etc.
- Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is a must
- Attention to detail, flexible and creative, willing to work in fast-paced environment
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- 5-day work week
