Responsible for the master wine list and providing recommendations and advise about wine and other beverages to fitting the outlet concept and clientele
Advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices
Organize wine tasting, wine pairing promotion and service enhancement events
Responsible & ensure the wine service standard, hygiene and cleanliness are as according to the hotel standard requirement
To provide excellent service to customers
Proactive, passionate, good communication and active selling skills
Minimum 3 years experience in the food & beverage industry
WSET is highly preferred
Solid and strong wine knowledge is a MUST
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Less experience maybe considered as Assistant Sommelier
