Sommelier

The Job

• Increase guests’ loyalty and able to attract and retain repeat customers
• Monitor the wine costs and inventory level
• Develop and update the wine list
• Conduct professional wine knowledge training to staff

What you need

• Minimum 3 years’ wine service experience in fine dining restaurant or hotel industry
• Strong wine knowledge and stock control
• Ability to develop and implement wine activities
• Good communication, guest service and training skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sommelier
