Job Specifications

  1. Assists the Sourcing Manager to provide support in supplier interaction and
  2. Locates, gathers and researches information.
  3. Prepares various presentations, reports, queries and other documents.
  4. Participates in Sourcing, Supplier meetings.
  5. Understands and supports the objectives of Sourcing Manager.
  6. Fields calls, emails and inquiries from agents and operations.
  7. Creates, maintains and analyzes documents and new supplier profiles, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  8. Serves as liaison between Sourcing, Manager and Supplier to research and resolve issues.
  9. Performs competitive cost comparison and analysis as needed.

Job Requirements

  1. One to three years of retail experience preferred.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills required.
  3. Excellent customer service skills required.
  4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under general supervision required.
  5. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes, procedures, and systems.
