職責 What you do :

  • 協助主廚編排更表及分派廚房工作
  • 協助維持廚房秩序,以確保食品的成本和質素維持水平
  • 確保所有廚房材料充足及準備食材
  • 點算食物材料庫存
  • Assist Head Chef to establish work schedule and organize work in kitchen
  • Assist in maintaining order in discipline in kitchen to ensure food cost and quality are maintained
  • Ensure adequacy of supplies at cooking station and prepare ingredients
  • Perform stock take for the food materials

工作要求 Job Requirements

  • 最少 4 年酒店或西式廚房的相關工作經驗
  • 能說英語及粵語
  • 輪班制
  • At least 3-4 years relevant experience in hotels or western restaurants
  • Able to speak Cantonese and English
  • Shift Duties
