JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist Head Chef in preparing and producing all food items
  2. Produce consistent menu items with high quality based on recipes
  3. Carry out miscellaneous duties in the kitchen
  4. Ensure overall cleanliness of the kitchen area

REQUIREMENTS

  1. With 4 years experiences in hotel kitchen operations
  2. Well-trained in traditional British / French cuisine will be an advantage
