We are looking for talents for the position of Sous Chef in our new French Restaurant


  • Assist Chef de Cuisine in preparing and producing all food items
  • Produce consistent menu items with high quality based on recipes
  • Ensures that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for all food and beverage outlets
  • Maintain high kitchen hygiene standard


  • With 4 years experiences in hotel kitchen operations
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in French cuisine is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels
  • Detail-minded, creative and has the ability to drive and lead change
  • Motivator, self-starter and a team-builder
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Junior Sous Chef
