Job Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to Chef de Cuisine
  • Plan, organize, control and direct the work to team members
  • Keep up with industry trends and create new recipes in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine
  • Maintain the highest food safety standards throughout the kitchen
  • Ensure food production quality and consistency are in accordance with recipes and standards
  • Maintain the work schedules for kitchen team members

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Catering or equivalent
  • At least 10 years’ related experience in upmarket restaurants or hotel operation with 2 years' experience in similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good understanding of Food & Beverage operation
  • Western cuisine background with overseas experience is preferred
  • HACCP certification
  • Good communication in both English and Cantonese
