We are looking for a talented and caliber Sous Chef to join us.

Responsibilities:
• To assist the Executive Chef to manage the day to day operation of the kitchen whilst supervising and developing the brigade
• To ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen
• Inspect cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep kitchen, dishwashing area, and pastry kitchen to comply with the high standards
• Assist to control food cost and wastage, maintain optimum level of ingredients and stock at kitchen
• Accurate record keeping

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Fine dining and Michelin Star restaurant specialised in French cuisine
• Professional apprearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premium fine dining restaurant
• Creative and quality-oriented Team player, work hard, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Open kitchen environment
• Permanent HKID card holder
• Immediate available is highly preferred

 

We offer attractive salary & benefits:
• Additional of annual leave after 1 year of service completed and maximum up to 18 days
• 5-6 days off per month
• No split shift, Sunday off
• Dinner only
