Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for food preparation and presentation
  • To ensure and maintain high standards of service, hygiene, health and safety and compliance
  • Assist Executive Chef to oversee the operations of the restaurant

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years’ related work experience
  • Good in pastries, homemade pasta, Japanese, French, Mexico, Spanish cooking methods and knowledge
  • Practical experience in 5-star hotel and/or fine dining restaurant
  • With Michelin restaurant experience will be advantage
  • Excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety knowledge
  • A team player with passion and creativity
  • Good command in both English and Cantonese
  • Must have valid HKID and/or working visa
