Sous Chef



  • Ensure guests have a memorable experience through producing great dishes
  • Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation in the kitchen
  • Ensuring all company standards are met during service
  • Oversee and train kitchen team members


  • Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
  • Sense of responsibility for your role
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' chef experience, including 1 year Sous Chef experience
  • Western cuisine ideal/preferred but not required
  • Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure


  • Weekly inhouse training from Management and Training Department
  • All tips go to staff! (HK$3k to 5K /month)
