Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce and promote Teva / Actavis products by answering telephone calls on doctors and healthcare professionals in clinics and hospitals
  • Plan call schedules to cover assigned practitioners or hospitals with efficient time allocation
  • Regular communication with sales and marketing team to ensure the promotional programs are well delivered
  • To support sales team by answering all queries related to sales issues, product knowledge, marketing campaigns
  • Collect and report market intelligence on any activities and information about competitive products, including promotional activities, product launches and price preparations
  • Support sales team in managing daily ordering activities, manage e-ordering and e-return processes
  • Manage distributor(s) for prompt order delivery schedule
  • Work closely with Sales Manager, Trade to monitor delivery schedule on a regular basis for key accounts to achieve sales target



  • Minimum Form 5 graduate
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
  • Science education background is preferred


  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in tele-sales / order administration in pharmaceutical
