Job description

To build a close business relationship with our existing pure group clients through regular visits, member briefing and effective communication materials. The role will also assist in providing more customer support to our channels and Sales team when acquiring new business. In addition, the role will assist the Team Leader to provide proactive renewal support services to clients and intermediaries by follow up closely for the renewal quotation and making recommendation on benefit design to address customer’s need to increase our chance of retaining customers.

Preferred skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong computer software knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Words
  • Sensitive to figures
  • Good group Insurance and / or Underwriting knowledge
  • Good team player
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • At least 6 years of experience in group insurance industry
  • Pass in IIQE (Paper 1, Paper 3)

Responsibilities

  • Build relationship with the existing group VIP customers through regular visits / meeting and provide review services
  • Conduct member‘s briefing as requested by client and provide customer support the channels and Sales team when acquiring new business
  • Work closely with team members to secure renewal of the group clients and follow through the subsequent renewal documents with the client and Group Operation team
  • Coordinate and work closely with all key stakeholders to ensure delivery of renewal service is aligned in terms of consistency and quality as agreed with the client
  • Provide proactive renewal support services to channels by follow up closely for the renewal quotation and negotiate the renewal offer with the clients
  • Handle the renewal process for the assigned cases which include provide underwriting suggestion, prepare renewal quotation and provide recommendation on benefit design to the client according to the claim data analysis and customer’s need
  • Prepare regular reports and handle ad-hoc projects and assignment as required
  • Handle general enquiry from intermediaries and clients and act as a bridge to resolve the admin / claim services reported during the renewal between the client and operation team
