Major Responsibilities

Attend the services support hotline and provide high quality support to the users, i.e. financial institutions, on the Real-time Gross Settlement (RTGS) systems. Duties include:

  • Responding to enquiries and reported problems relating to the operations of the RTGS systems and problem solving
  • Liaising with RTGS system users for the implementation of clearing and settlement services 
  • Preparing written communications and providing RTGS system training to the users 
  • Preparing technical notes detailing system enhancements and major system releases for RTGS system users to make the necessary preparatory arrangements
  • Performing shift duty on a roster basis



  • Tertiary education (preferably in information technology or business related disciplines)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the areas of: (i) coordinating implementation and services roll-out preferably financial/banking applications, (ii) providing help-desk services support to users, or (iii) operations of payment systems or banking/financial applications 
  • Knowledge of operating and supporting SWIFT messaging systems is an advantage
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential, and fluency in Putonghua will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently with good communication skill and customer-oriented mindset
  • Candidates from non-financial industries will also be considered
