Specialist -Membership Contact Centre (Reservations)

Responsibility includes:

  • Provide warm and professional impression to members who call to make cabin reservations and enquiries of membership products
  • Master and introduce the products in terms of marketing promotions, events, tournaments and cabin features
  • Handle all reservation requests, amendments and cancellations received by phone, emails or webchats
  • Effectively differentiate cabin type to match the right product with specific members’ needs
  • Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and service standards
  • Ensure the productivity levels, service standards and customer relations are maintained
  • Maintain proper phone etiquette with each customer
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma college education in Hospitality/ Marketing/ Gaming/ Tourism field is preferred
  • Experience in front desk, reservations or call center is a plus
  • Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook is a must
  • A target-driven attitude with flexibility to work any shift on any day of the week
