Specialist, Phone Credit
Job MatcherJob Responsibilities:
- Assist teammate to handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Support daily operations and promotional activities
- Provide support on credit assessment to supervisors according to lending policies
- Coach and train junior staff
Job Requirements:
- F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE or above
- 2-3 years’relevant working experience in consumer finance / retail banking industry, preferable in loan assessment and approval
- Strong customer services orientation (Welcome candidates with inbound or outbound experience)
- Dynamic, strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Experience in loan assessment and approval
