Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist teammate to handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Support daily operations and promotional activities
  • Provide support on credit assessment to supervisors according to lending policies
  • Coach and train junior staff

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE or above
  • 2-3 years’relevant working experience in consumer finance / retail banking industry, preferable in loan assessment and approval
  • Strong customer services orientation (Welcome candidates with inbound or outbound experience)
  • Dynamic, strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Experience in loan assessment and approval
