The Department

Our IT Infrastructure and Operation Services Department drives and leverages technology refreshment and best practice service management principles, to provide cost-effective and efficient infrastructure and technical environment, data centre management, and valued end-user services


The Job

You will:

  • Monitor and track the Problem & Change Management processes in an efficient way and ensure all the Problem and Change records follow the processes.
  • Maintain and keep track of Problem life cycle and Change records to prevent undue buildup of backlog.
  • Coordinate with external vendors & service providers, and internal IT departments & Business users for operations services review
  • Develope road map and long term planning to achieve the Problem & Change Management process
  • Provide management with daily follow-up, statistics and regular summary reports in Incident, Problem & Change process


About you

You should have:

  • A university degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year IT full time working experience
  • Solid understanding of IT system and network infrastructure technical domains
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting large network and system incident, problem and change process
  • Knowledge in ITIL Service Management Model and working experience in ITIL service management practices
  • Good knowledge and familiar with ITIL Service Delivery process
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is a must. Knowledge of Crystal report and IT Service Management tool is a plus
  • Proficient in languages including English, Chinese and Cantonese, in both written and spoken

Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
