Job Responsibilities

  • Provide systems solutions in the areas of Quote to Order, Order to Cash, Plan to Inventory.
  • Support business-critical information systems such as Oracle ERP, EDI, Demantra
  • Provide support to users across Asia Pacific and other regions
  • Conduct system integration testing of ERP and other corporate systems
  • Coordinate with IT, internal customers, external partners (contract manufacturer, suppliers etc.) and outsourced partners
  • Configure settings, develop and maintain interfaces, build and maintain management reports
  • This position will have strong knowledge of IT Change and Incident Management, preferably in the Semiconductor industry

Required Qualifications

  • B.S in Engineering or B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Sciences/Math or related degree with 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • 5+ years of experience in configuring or supporting Financials modules of Oracle E-business Suite (R12 preferred)
  • Relevant experience with additional Oracle modules such as Demantra
  • Experience with configurations and setups, workflows, extensions, interfaces, and reports
  • Desired Skills: Oracle RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL, Oracle Application Server Development Suite, Discoverer, SOA
  • Experience in supporting corporate-wide rollout of enterprise applications system integrated with other enterprise systems such as Agile PLM, Salesforce, Oracle EBS,
  • Excellent communication skills in a fast paced changing environment and good organization and problem solving skills. Candidate should be able to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate fluently with business users, technical people and management across the organizations
  • Ability to work with team members and users from different countries, manage multiple tasks and make decisions with limited information
  • Customer oriented, self-motivated and results driven
  • Good command of Mandarin and English
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions and efforts, lead decision facilitation, develop influence, and drive change
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a razor-sharp focus on customer service
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and projects in a fast-moving environment and manage conflicts professionally
  • Leverage technology to deliver accelerated business value
  • Collaborate with internal business customers to influence the selection and implementation of appropriate solutions
  • Risk identification and mitigation capabilities
  • A high-energy "Whatever it takes" attitude to overcome challenges and rapidly solve business problems
  • Good understanding of business processes and underlying technology
  • Hands-on experience developing technical solutions and an ability to guide development teams would be desirable
