6 year working experience in back office operation
Handle back office operations activities, such as Time Deposits transactions processing, ATM card and electronic banking application/maintenance, JETCO, CUP, Visa, EPSCO and FPS channel settlement and reconciliation, inward clearing check verification, signature record updating
Participate in various projects within Operations and with other business partners.
Handle the implementation of new and revised procedures, systems to improve the operational efficiency
Ensure procedures enforcement and adherence to bank’s guidelines/regulatory requirements
Ensure the execution of transactions to meet service standards and monitor the completeness and accuracy of the transactions
Assist Section Head to monitor the day-to-day operation and solve problems for the team
Support ad-hoc tasks / events from time to time
Degree holder or above in Banking / Finance / Economics or related discipline
Minimum 6 year working experience in back office operations project management is preferred
Strong analytical and coordination skills on project management
Independent, responsible and self-motivated
Good PC skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin would be preferable
Willing to work under pressure and tight project time frame with multi-tasking capabilities
Proficient in MS Application and Chinese Word Processing
