Responsibilities:
- To independently plan & lead event in HK from budgeting, program planning to event operations
- To co-work with team members to manage large-scaled exhibition, event and conferences
- Presentable and posses good communication skills
- Must be detail-minded, efficient and able to work under pressure
- Responsibilities include briefing, project management, time and cost control, market landscape analysis and understanding of client's business and needs
- Good team player who is ease in a multi-cultural environment
- To provide integrated marketing communications consultant to client and get involved in new project development
- Occasional travel may be required
Requirements:
- University graduates with min 3 years working experience in exhibition or event management industry
- Responsible, Independent, creative, well-organized and attentive to details
- Proficient in account servicing with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure & to meet tight deadlines
- Self motivated, creative, energetic and aggressive
- Good spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Immediate available is highly preferred
