Sr Training Program Manager, CRM Business - China

We are hiring a Sr Training Program Manager to optimize the use of global digital education content and systems in China to ensure customers and employees have access to the latest information and China’s region-based functions are leveraging OU-generated content and programs within or Cardiac Rhythm product portfolio.

A Day in the Life:

Digital Education Engagement
In collaboration with the China Medical Education team and the CRM Product Training and Digital Education Solutions Team,
  • Assess employee and customer education needs and current training strategy
  • Identify what digital education technologies are being leveraged to deploy training
  • Define gaps to effective deployment of digital education
  • Determine opportunities for use of Medtronic Academy and FFTI in China
  • Review current methods for translation of content and challenges for leveraging OU-created English language content
Product Training Programs
In collaboration with the China Medical Education team and the CRM Product Training and Digital Education Solutions Team,
  • Determine current landscape of product launches
  • Understand the current product training process for employees and customers
  • Identify gaps to optimized product training programs, including availability and utilization of simulation tools.
  • Collaborate with the Product Training Solutions team to effectively deploy timely training solutions to China
Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years’ experience in a training, marketing, sales role within the Cardiac Rhythm Business involving training (5 years with Advanced Degree)

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced Degree in the Education related field
