Job Description

  • Administer training nomination and post nomination processes
  • Ensure timely and quality support is redered to enable the smooth operation of training by providing efficient and accurate administration to the department
  • Admnister Human Resources Management system to ensure system functionalities perform as designed, and all training relted data is well maintained in the system in accordance with pre-set time frame
  • Ensures quality support on trainingfacilities and equipment such as maintaining training equipment in good condition and osrcing external venue

Essential Requirements

  • University graduate
  • 1-2 years experiences as an event organizer or administrator
  • Strong organziation  and communicaiton skills
  • Proficient in MS office and other applicaitons
  • Good command of English
