Responsibilities

  • Oversee the stewarding and housekeeping operations
  • Lead the team for the cleanliness and hygiene of all outlets and kitchens
  • Ensure high standard of cleanliness and workplace safety
  • Responsible for inventory control of catering equipment, tableware, kitchen utensils, linens and uniform
  • Conduct departmental safety and health training

Requirements

  • 5 years relevant experience in the Stewarding & Housekeeping Department with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Formal education or training in Hygiene Management or Food & Beverage areas
  • Knowledge and experience in HACCP system and able to conduct relevant training and monitoring
  • Energetic and able to lead a mature team
  • Good interpersonal, planning and organising skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manger - Steward & Housekeeping.
