Packing / Unpacking of the merchandise to/from Warehouse;
Handle stock transfer procedure (In / Out) and stock validation;
Ensure that the correct price tags corresponds to the product;
Check expired reservations of all departments once every 2 weeks;
Assist the department ambassadors to label the product whenever necessary;
Assist each department to execute the monthly mini stock take;
Perform other tasks as required
2.) Stock
Have an accurate knowledge of Boutique’s stock and know what stocks are in in-store warehouse;
Ensure all stocks are stored in 1) good security, 2) good condition and 3) easily accessible by staff;
Assist and ensure the tidiness of all stockroom and make suggestion for arrangement;
3.) Shop Floor
To offer assistance on the sales floor for all issues when necessary (e.g. bring the stocks to Sales, put the stocks back to the respective area, packaging, answering phone requests from other boutiques, checking stock for customers etc.)
Deliver products to shops and customers when required (for urgent requests if shop assistants are not available)
4.) Reporting
For any discrepancy after the mini stock take, any abnormalities of stock relating to stock condition, stock quantity, stock, arrangement, should report to senior management and other related department
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years inventory management experience or operation experience in luxury brands, high-end fashion, jewelry and watch retailing industry or in similar capacity
Energetic, passionate and positive working attitude
Pleasant, honest, hard-working, flexible, service-minded and well-organized
Good computer skills
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
