Our client is a reputable European luxury brand and we are hiring a Retail Store Administration Assistant for their Retail Operation Team. Job details as below: 

Job Duties: 

  • Administrative: Provide store administrative support such as roster arrangement, preparation of sales report and carry out other administrative work. 
  • Stock Management: Responsible for inventory control of the store
  • Customer Service: Acting as a cashier and serve the customers when necessary 
  • Coordinate with different external/ internal parties regarding store operations 
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experiences in retail, preferably in luxury retail 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
