About the assignment:

  • Lead the work with implementing all store business competence development processes and programs
  • Contribute to the country Competence and Leadership Development Strategy
  • Support and the Management and Competence review process for the area of competence development in stores
  • Ensure the country Learning offer for store Business competence learning activities is up to date, and support execution
  • Lead the coordination, communication and facilitation of business competence development on store level
  • Secure competent and available facilitators and assist in facilitating training programs for stores
  • Work together with matrix partners and line organization to develop local learning initiatives when needed in line with global guidelines and frameworks
  • Secure the IKEA Culture and Values is strong and living and supported through the store competence agenda
  • Responsible to ensure common tools and learning offers are used and the base for any adaptations in the stores
  • Lead the execution, with matrix partners and line organization, of the store training calendar for business competence development
