職責:
- 提供優質的顧客服務
- 負責管理店舖日常營運 (包括貨倉及貨品管理及人事管理﹑員工督導)
- 新員工培訓
- 協助制定銷售計劃以提升店舖營業額
- 帶領團隊達成營業目標
入職要求:
- 具有5年或以上FMCG店舖管理經驗
- 操流利廣東話及普通話,懂英語更佳
- 熟悉店舖POS及一般電腦文書操作
- 積極主動、有責任感、刻苦耐勞及良好溝通能力
其他工作資料:
工作時間: 每週工作六天,每天工作時數9.5小時 (8.5小時工作,1小時用膳),輪班輪休
工作地點: 港九新界,能於旺區或偏遠地區工作者優先考慮
