  • Lead the store team to achieve Brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, service, KPIs, clientele and VM standard.
  • Hold an analytical mind with good understanding of business and effectively communicate needs and ideas to bring the business to next level.
  • Coach sales teams on extraordinary service, uplift the selling skills and promote the unique shopping experience.
  • Provide structured feedback to Store Manager in the store of his/her responsibility.
  • Resolve client concerns/disputes/complains and assuring the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage store stock and security.



  • Minimum 3-5 year experience in retail operation, preferably in leather good/accessories field.
  • Strong leadership and store operational skills
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and able to lead a small team.
  • Good coaching skill and a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical skills and strong business awareness
  • High level of customer service skills and standard.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
