Store Manager - ION Orchard, Singapore (Flagship Store)

As the Store Manager, you will lead and inspire the store team in providing a memorable Burberry customer experience, be the key ambassador to the brand and ensure profitability of the store's business. Your inspiring leadership, commercial awareness, connection to your local client base and partnership with the Regional teams will be critical success factors. You will also be competent in your ability to manage the efficient day to day operations of the store.


  • Leads a high performing customer facing and service orientated team.
  • Leverages on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) clienteling and store reports to support the development of a loyal customer base.
  • Ensures that employees have consistently sound product knowledge and be a competent stylist for their customers.
  • Inspire and lead the retail team to consistently inspires their customers with story telling and emotive languages. 
  • Develop the retail team to be focus and competent on cultivating relationship with their customers. 
  • Drive digital agenda and ensure employees are engaged with new digital initiatives.
  • To ensure you emanate the Burberry Leadership behaviours when dealing with all areas of the store and business.
  • Cascade company communications to all members of the store team.
  • To uphold and communicate the company culture. 


  • Competent Leader who leads by example and inspiration.
  • Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess talent
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
  • Strong clienteling background
  • Sound commercial and brand awareness
  • Experience within a Store Manager or equivalent level role in a high volume and luxury environment
  • Technical proficiency with SAP, MS applications, Apple products and POS systems
  • Good command of English and a second language is highly preferred
