Client Details

My client is a luxury fashion brand and is re-launching its brand in the Airport; They will need a passionate individual in luxury fashion with experience in Airport environment.


  • Achieve annual and monthly targets communicate by the Group
  • Analyse, formulate and implement store business strategies to achieve sales goals and to ensure store operations efficiency
  • Implement the training delivered by local Training Team and ensure they fit for the specific needs of each Boutique and in line with training objectives
  • Lead, motivate, train and coach the store team for optimising sales performance and achieving sales goals
  • Review regularly the group's key competencies, its positioning, business partners, target customers, services provided and customer needs
  • Manage in-store events and incentives to grow customer base with emphasis on building local market
  • Work closely across teams in Hong Kong and HQ including merchandising, marketing to align group guidelines in terms of category management, VM and selling ceremony


  • Education in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 6 -8 years of experience; preferably in luxury retail industry
  • Passion for retail industry and high awareness towards market, competitors and trend
  • Skilled in store operations, customer service, people management and training.
  • Excellent communication skill
