Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall Sales strategy and performance of the assigned shop at premium location
  • People manage a small team of professional Sales Associates through training and coaching to provide world-class customer services to high end international and local customers
  • Fully in charge of Inventory Management and be alert with changing demands of customers
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through customer-centric selling approaches with strong adherence to company’s quality standards
  • Provide daily and regular reports to management for improved sales performance, customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Project lead and support company’s promotional campaigns

Qualifications and experiences:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • 5+ years prior working experience in overall Store Management with international luxury brands
  • Excellent and proven track record in achieving and over-achieving Sales targets for premium leather bags and accessories related products
  • Experience in managing and developing a team of 10+ Sales Associates
  • Experience in taking charge of Flag Ship Store Management for international luxury retailers
  • High proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must
