Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the counter daily operations, manpower allocation and cost
  • control
  • Manage and provide training to the team, lead the team to achieve sales target
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Constantly review store environment and key business indicators to identify
  • concerns and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare various operation reports and analysis

Requirements:

  • DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience gained in retail or related indus-try
  • (Experienced in F&B Industry will be an advantage)
  • Strong in leadership, problem-solving and people management
  • Good planning skill, organized with strong numerical and business sense
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
