Store Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
  • Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above
  • 5 years experience in FMCG or retail industry with at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
  • PC and POS knowledge
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
