Responsible for day-to-day operations of the store and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Diploma holder or above
5 years experience in FMCG or retail industry with at least 2 years at supervisory level
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
PC and POS knowledge
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
