Key job responsibilities:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for the store operation. You will station at the back office of our store, and your responsibilities including but not limit to preparing staff roster, handling customer phone calls, stock transfer processing, and handling alteration requests from customers.
F.5 or above
At least 1 year experience in operational support in the retail industry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-minded with a high standard of accuracy
Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
Sound computer knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Willing to work shift duty on weekend & public holidays
