Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the store manager to perform day-to-day administrative support for the store operation
  • Responsible for stock management, including stockroom maintenance, receiving, packing, replenishment, and stock transfer
  • Handle cashier management and sales transactions if necessary
  • Provide backup services to sales team
  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

 Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year experience in operational support in the retail industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded with a high standard of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
  • Sound PC knowledge in MS office
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Shift duty is required
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
