Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for storeroom issues and goods delivery
  • Check and ensure the quality and quantity of goods received as per the purchase order and the invoice from the suppliers
  • Keep and update records of all received goods
  • Maintain the storeroom clear and in perfect sanitary and safety condition

職責:

  • 負責貨倉的日常事務及貨品的交收
  • 確保貨品的質素及數量符合公司要求,包括供應商發票及運輸貨品的程序
  • 處理倉務文件及電腦輸入資料
  • 保持貨倉環境安全及衛生整潔

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience is preferred, preferably in catering and hospitality industry
  • Basic knowledge of hotel products and food safety standards
  • Computer literacy and basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Responsible with good interpersonal skill

入職要求:

  • 擁有相關工作經驗及飲食及服務業者經驗優先
  • 對酒店貨物及食物安全衛生標準有基本認識及了解
  • 懂得電腦系統及基本Excel應用
  • 具責任感及擁有良好溝通技巧
