We are hiring Store Sales Advisor for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise customers on their product choices
- Building a strong and long term customer relationship by contact customers on new products, events and follow up
Requirements:
- At least 3 years sales in luxury watch, jewellery or lifestyle products
- Strong customer service skill, with able to manage difficult customers effectively
- Excellent working knowledge of customer service and stock management
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
