  • Assist Store Manager to handle daily store operation, administration, management and maintain brand image.
  • Managing sales and service quality, ensure to maximize sales and productivity, achieve targets, contribute to the growth of sales, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
  • Handle customer complaints and returns according to the company regulations
  • Drive, motivate and lead frontline staffs to achieve successful growth and provide excellent customer services to the end-users
  • Taking care that the stock inventories take place in an effective and organised way and checking that the correct figures are provided according to the Company’s internal procedures
  • Setting up the collection in the store according to the Company’s merchandising policy and ensuring the implementation of the Company’s merchandising plans
  • Spending most of the time on the sales floor, coaching and training the staff to improve their sales techniques
  • Developing and maintaining a good team work to enhance the motivation and create enthusiasm throughout the sales force
  • Assuring the general maintenance of the shop and daily managing the maintenance problems in order to maintain the Company’s standard


  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience, with 1 year of supervisory or management experience in luxury retail industry
  • Strong leader with proven ability to motivate and lead a team of retail personnel
  • Excellent in customer service, pleasant personality and passionate with high fashion sense
  • Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Store Manager
