Responsibilities:

  • Maintain smooth daily store operation, administration and highest standard of brand image
  • Ensure excellent service provided to customers and ensure enough stock to achieve company’s sales target
  • Handle stock replenishment to warehouse and issue special request to Merchandising Department
  • Conduct morning briefing to all sales associates about the new promotion and etc
  • Enhance the staff overall performance through coaching, floor monitoring and performance review
  • Handle customer’s enquiries, feedback and complaints
  • Attend monthly meeting with retail operation manager and report status in shop operation
  • Prepare sales report and mall environment report in a weekly basis
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail industry
  • Solid experience in managing in retails operation, shop opening and merchandising
  • Strong leader with proven ability to motivate and lead a team of retail personnel
  • Responsible, pleasant, proactive, outgoing and customer-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong passion to develop in retail industry
  • Passionate with lifestyle and designers’ products
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
