The Transport & Logistics Department is looking for a committed and self-motivated individual to join its Stores Team.
ensure that inventory is well maintained and readily available
supervise prompt issue of store stock items to users and receipt of incoming stock items
ensure that the warehouse activities are performed effectively
be responsible for the preparation of stock movement records and reports
coordinate with users to determine their current and future requirement
supervise and provide training to staff to ensure the services are up to standard
ensure the security and the safe custody of the stores
have High Diploma or above, preferable Degree Holder, related to Logistics/ Supply Chain
have at least 5 years supervisory experience in warehouse operations and management in sizable store / warehouse environment, preferable to have Food and Beverage Warehouse experience
preferable to have OHSAS/ HACCP/ ISO22000 experience
have good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
applicant will less working experience will consider as Head Storekeeper
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. An initial two-year contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate with an option for renewal or conversion to career terms subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
