Responsibilities

  • Motivate the sales team to achieve the Brand’s objectives and KPI targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
  • Support store manager in managing daily store operations
  • Coach and train store staff on daily sales activities
  • Provide quality customer service and anticipate customers' needs
  • Understanding how to use digital tools to communications with customer
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising in maintaining the store visual merchandising activities
  • Ensure store operates efficiently and effectively and in compliance of company standard

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in luxury retail industry with at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • Solid leadership and people management skills
  • Result-driven, proactive, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Chinese Word Processing and POS
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
